Customer Service Advisor for a Legal Services Portal (Dutch, Barcelona)

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibility is to provide outstanding support to curators, judges, registry staff, the prosecutors office, companies, and private individuals using the digital platform. Inbound activities include handling calls and managing tickets (email) to assist customers with general information, procedural questions, platform issues, user access, and PC configurations. Outbound activities involve callbacks to address inquiries or provide solutions, along with sending reminders and status updates via email.
Qualifications:
An affinity for law or magistracy is highly valued. Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a high degree of empathy are essential in this customer service role. Fluency in Dutch or French and English (both verbal and written) is required, along with strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new tools.
Training:
A two-week training program will be provided on-site. The first week focuses on theoretical knowledge, followed by a week of hands-on, on-the-job training.
Working Hours:
During the project, working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
