Job Opportunity: Telecom Customer Support

A leading company in the Belgian telecom market is offering a wide range of services, including fixed and mobile telephony, internet, and digital TV.

Role Overview

As a customer support agent, you will assist customers with inquiries related to their telecom services. This includes resolving both administrative and technical issues.
Once you have completed training and gained experience in both areas, you may also handle inquiries through additional channels such as email and social media. Strong written communication skills are essential for this role.
Previous experience in a call center is preferred. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is a problem solver, and has an empathetic approach. You enjoy helping others and can handle situations where patience and customer service are key.

Training Program

On-site training will be provided:

  • 2 weeks of administrative training.

  • 2 weeks of technical training after a period of handling only administrative inquiries.

  • Part-time might be possible

Work Schedule
Shifts are assigned from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Your hours will be spread across 5 days each week.
