Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong, professional relationship with customers, showing empathy at every step
Collaborate effectively with team members and management to create a supportive work environment
Offer recommendations and guidance for common technical issues and FAQs
Communicate with speed, empathy, and accuracy via phone, email, and chat
Requirements:
Native Norwegian speaker with advanced English
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Tech-savvy and eager to help
Willing to relocate to Athens
EU passport required
