Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong, professional relationship with customers, showing empathy at every step

• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to create a supportive work environment

• Offer recommendations and guidance for common technical issues and FAQs

• Communicate with speed, empathy, and accuracy via phone, email, and chat

Requirements:

• Native Norwegian speaker with advanced English

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Tech-savvy and eager to help

• Willing to relocate to Athens

• EU passport required
