We are currently looking for motivated Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agents to join our clients international team.
Work Experience / Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries over the phone and provide effective solutions to end users.

Log case resolutions in the contact center system based on communication via phone, email, chat, etc.

Ensure cases are resolved within their lifecycle, in line with individual performance goals.

Escalate priority issues according to client procedures to the appropriate team lead when necessary.

Work both independently and as part of a team.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Meet quality standards for all handled interactions.

Maintain performance targets related to response time, handling time, and resolution rate in line with the project's key results (KRAs).

Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that may improve service quality or KPIs.

Participate in training as required.
