We are currently looking for motivated Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agents to join our clients international team.

Work Experience / Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries over the phone and provide effective solutions to end users.

  • Log case resolutions in the contact center system based on communication via phone, email, chat, etc.

  • Ensure cases are resolved within their lifecycle, in line with individual performance goals.

  • Escalate priority issues according to client procedures to the appropriate team lead when necessary.

  • Work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

  • Meet quality standards for all handled interactions.

  • Maintain performance targets related to response time, handling time, and resolution rate in line with the project's key results (KRAs).

  • Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that may improve service quality or KPIs.

  • Participate in training as required.

  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple systems and applications.

  • Friendly, positive, and self-motivated personality.

  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts or part-time (where legally possible), and adaptability to changing priorities.

  • For roles involving written communication: Excellent written Swedish and a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
