What We're Looking For

  • C2 or fluent Portuguese speaker
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer and multitasking skills
  • Previous customer service, contact center, hospitality, retail, or support experience is an advantage but not required
