- Meet quality and performance standards while maintaining customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- C2 or fluent Portuguese speaker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer and multitasking skills
- Previous customer service, contact center, hospitality, retail, or support experience is an advantage but not required
