This role is ideal for someone who enjoys uncovering business needs, maximizing sales opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to senior decision-makers.
What Youll Be Doing

Build and manage long-term customer relationships using a consultative sales approach

Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities while meeting revenue targets

Recommend, quote, and negotiate solutions tailored to customer needs

Handle objections and guide customers through the decision-making process

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Support SMBs, advertising agencies, and C-level contacts

Stay informed about trends in cloud-based technology and digital solutions

Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
What You Bring

1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management

Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals

Experience engaging with decision-makers and building partnerships

Basic understanding of cloud-based software or technology solutions

Fluent German (minimum B2+/C1 level) and fluent English (minimum B2 level)

Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Based in Krakow or willing to relocate
