IT Project Manager

 Job Description:

Your role:

  • Manage project resources (Lead the project team)
  • Deliver project on time, in full, in budget.
  • Use Agile techniques and principles.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Developers to define product and service roadmaps , ensuring they meet business requirements and IT delivery capacity.
  • Ensure quality of solution (in line with requirements set), strong quality delivery mindset.
  • Manage design principles, business requirements and project scope.
  • Create project plans & monitor project plan execution.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Rational and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Critical thinking and structured approach to problem solving.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Cross - functional teams management.


Your profile:

  • 8 years´ experience in Project Management in Software Development.
  • Certifications: Prince 2, PMP, PMI, SCRUM, SAFe Project Management, ITIL certifications/knowledge, etc.
  • Desirable Degree in Information Systems / Systems Engineering or similar
  • Desirable pharmacy industry business domain knowledge
  • Proven work experience of managing high visibility projects in traditional environments with strong project governance (e.g. highly regulated environments)
  • Proven work experience with iterative, agile and waterfall development projects
  • Experience using agile software development methodologies (i.e. Kanban, Scrum and other lean techniques)
  • Proven experience developing business cases and decision support, and getting buy-in from senior management/sponsors.
  • Proven experience of being responsible for solution design, development and delivery and managing expectations of sponsors (balance between business and IT needs).
  • Proven experience managing system integration projects / master data management projects (on time, in full, in budget).
  • Proven experience of working in projects with off-shore development teams.
  • Desirable experience in supporting projects using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure, PowerApps Portal, MS Dynamics 365 , MS SharePoint Online and/ or Data analytics technologies Synapse, SQL DWH, Power BI).
  • Desirable experience in producing defining and documenting Product and Services Roadmaps.
  • Pragmatic and Hand-on (work with the team).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English (C1 level).
