About the job HRGA & Legal Manager
Objective:
Oversee and integrate the Human Resources (HR), General Affairs (GA), and Legal functions to ensure seamless operations, legal compliance, and a productive workplace aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indonesian labor laws (e.g., Manpower Law No. 13/2003, BPJS).
Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
Drive training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership development.
General Affairs Management:
Supervise facility management, including office maintenance, security, and logistics.
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for services (e.g., cleaning, catering, transportation).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., SMK3 standards).
Coordinate company events, travel arrangements, and administrative support.
Legal Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to Indonesian corporate, employment, and regulatory laws.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (e.g., suppliers, clients, employment).
Manage legal disputes, litigation, and intellectual property matters.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, GA, and Legal roles, with 3+ years in a managerial position (manufacturing industry experience is a plus).
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS/Ketenagakerjaan, and industrial relations.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR Management (e.g., HRMP, PHR) or Legal (PERADI).
Experience with labor unions and collective bargaining agreements.
Familiarity with ISO standards or quality management systems.
