Our customer, Next-Gen Food Ingredients Manufacturer is looking for Senior Manager Finance, Accounting & Tax to build the financial backbone for a revolutionary food ingredients manufacturer leveraging cutting edge operational production and sustainable sourcing. You'll architect scalable systems, secure strategic funding, and safeguard compliance while fueling R&D for breakthrough products.

What you'll do:

  • Financial Architecture: Implement end-to-end finance systems (ERP, BI tools) from pre-revenue to USD 50M annual turnover.
  • R&D Investment Strategy: Allocate capital to pilot plants and novel extraction tech with ROI modeling.
  • Cost Intelligence: Track real-time production costs (per gram/kg) using IoT sensor data from bioreactors.
  • Tax & Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to PSAK/IFRS, BPOM audits, and R&D tax incentive claims.
  • Funding Readiness: Prepare for Series B (2025) with investor decks, cap table management, and unit economics dashboards.
  • Cash Flow Engineering: Optimize IDR 100B+ working capital via dynamic inventory/supplier financing.
  • ESG Reporting: Build carbon accounting frameworks for sustainable ingredient certifications.
  • Team Scaling: Hire/train 5 FTEs (AP/AR, Cost Accountant, Tax Specialist).

What you'll need:

  • 10+ years in manufacturing finance (FMCG/food/pharma/chemicals)
  • Startup to scale-up expertise: Scaled finance ops for 0USD 50M revenue
  • Mastery of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax law (VAT, WHT, corporate tax)
  • ERP implementation skills (Oracle Netsuite/SAP S/4HANA)
  • Advanced analytics (Power BI/Python for cost modeling)
  • Fluent English (investor/global team liaison)
