Our customer is a trendsetting omnichannel retailer scaling across Southeast Asia, known for ethically sourced home decor, furniture, and lifestyle collections is looking for Brand Manager to elevate brand desirability and market share by crafting disruptive 360° campaigns that position our collections as the heart of modern Southeast Asian homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Redefine core positioning for 3 key sub-brands (eco-luxe, urban minimalism, artisanal craft).
- Campaign Leadership: Launch 4+ seasonal collections/year (concept in-store/online activation) with budgets up to IDR 5B.
- Customer Obsession: Lead VOC analysis using Qualtrics; turn insights into product development briefs (e.g., "pet-friendly furniture" line).
- Commercial Impact: Partner with sales to ensure 70%+ sell-through rate for hero products.
- Trend Forecasting: Translate global home trends (Pinterest, Maison&Objet) into locally relevant narratives.
- Agency Management: Direct creative/media agencies to maximize ROAS (target: 4x).
Requirements:
- 5+ years in brand management (retail/FMCG/home decor/lifestyle).
- Portfolio of campaigns blending physical retail experiences + digital engagement (TikTok, Pinterest).
- Expertise in P&L management for product categories.
- Fluent in consumer analytics tools (Nielsen, GfK, Power BI).
