Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficient operations and maximum customer satisfaction. We are seeking a candidate who excels in data analysis, project management, and strategic planning to drive continuous improvement in our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production planning and inventory control (PPIC), demand forecasting, and fulfillment.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize lead times, and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain processes, such as implementing new technologies or streamlining workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supplier disruptions or capacity constraints, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and other external partners to enhance collaboration and drive innovation within the supply chain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or related roles, with a proven track record of success in data analysis, analytics, and project management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and best practices, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex projects from conception to completion, with a focus on driving tangible results.
- Highly analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
