Odoo Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our talented team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing business applications using the Odoo platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Customize and implement Odoo modules: Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of our clients and enhance overall system functionality.
2. Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and optimal system performance.
3. Database management: Design and maintain databases for efficient data storage and retrieval within the Odoo environment.
4. Troubleshooting and debugging: Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring the stability and reliability of the Odoo applications.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and development processes.
7. Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the Odoo ecosystem, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.
3. Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
4. Knowledge of Odoo framework and its various modules.
5. Experience with database management and SQL.
6. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
