Position Overview: As an Infor WMS Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' warehouse processes, implementing Infor WMS solutions, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse management processes, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Infor WMS.

Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Analysis:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their warehouse operations and requirements.
    • Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  2. Implementation and Configuration:

    • Lead the implementation of Infor WMS solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
    • Configure Infor WMS to meet specific warehouse processes and workflows.
  3. Integration:

    • Work with technical teams to integrate Infor WMS with other systems, such as ERP and order management.
    • Ensure seamless data flow and communication between different systems.
  4. Training and Support:

    • Provide training to warehouse staff on Infor WMS functionalities and best practices.
    • Offer ongoing support for issue resolution and system enhancements.
  5. Documentation:

    • Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation for implemented solutions.
    • Maintain documentation for training and future reference.
  6. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and project management.
    • Ensure effective communication with clients to achieve project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Infor WMS Consultant or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse management processes and Infor WMS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Infor WMS certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with other warehouse technologies and automation.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
