Customer Service Representative – Italian Speaking

Location: Portugal

For an international company based in Portugal, we are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, or live chat.
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional support.
  • Deliver accurate, solution-oriented information.
  • Record and document customer interactions in the system.
  • Maintain quality and service standards.
  • Collaborate with international teams when necessary.

No prior customer service experience is required.

This position is for you if you:

  • Speak Italian at a minimum C1 level or native (fluent/bilingual).
  • Have an English level of B1 or higher.
  • Are ready to live and work in Portugal.
  • Are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Are open to a multicultural work environment.
  • Are an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.
