Member Services Specialist - Turkish Speaking 

Location: Bulgaria

Overview of the Opportunity: We are currently onboarding professional Turkish speakers to join our customer relations division at our modern facility in Bulgaria. This position focuses on providing premium business-to-consumer support for our global network. No prior experience is necessary; we provide a fully compensated, structured introduction program to give you all the tools needed to succeed.

Your Tasks:

• Assist users and resolve incoming requests through live chat, phone calls, and emails.
• Deliver a premium customer experience through polite, professional, and efficient communication.
• Evaluate issues methodically to provide accurate and helpful guidance to clients.
• Update and organize user case details in the corporate data tracking system.
• Work productively to reach established internal operational and team targets.
• Collaborate with international teams when specialized support is needed for a client.

Requirements:

• Strong bilingual or native command of Turkish (C1-C2 level), both spoken and written.
• B1 level or higher in English for communication with internal tools and staff training.
• Ready to move, settle down, and develop a professional career path in Bulgaria.
• Highly responsible individual with the ability to quickly master new software systems.
• Comfortable working within a fast-moving, multi-ethnic, and collaborative workspace.
• Prerequisite: Possession of an EU passport or a valid work authorization for Bulgaria is mandatory.
