Role Tracks & Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Specialist (German-Speaking)

  • Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking customers (phone, email, chat)
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests with a customer-first mindset
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, SLAs, and satisfaction targets
  • Accurately document interactions in CRM systems
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams

2. Content Creator (in German language)

  • Develop and adapt digital content (emails, help center articles, social media, internal content)
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and customer expectations
  • Support localization efforts (especially German content where relevant)
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve engagement and clarity
  • Contribute to content optimization and innovation initiatives

3. Support Assistant (Operations in German language)

  • Provide administrative and operational support across teams
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation processes
  • Support internal coordination and workflow management
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives

Candidate Profile (All Tracks)

  • Entry-level candidates or recent graduates welcome
  • German proficiency (preferred for Customer Service & Content roles)
  • Good command of English for internal communication
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environment
  • Open to relocation and on-site work
