What You Will Be Doing:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, or live chat.
• Maintain high-quality, professional, and empathetic communication during every interaction.
• Provide accurate, clear, and solution-driven support to users.
• Accurately log, track, and update customer details within our internal system.
• Uphold established service standards and operational quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with international internal teams to optimize overall customer satisfaction.

What We Require:

• Native or fluent (C1-C2 level) proficiency in German.
• A solid command of English (B1 level or higher) for internal tools and systems.
• Ready to work and build a professional career in Portugal.
• Highly motivated, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
• Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural team setting.
• Must hold EU citizenship or a currently valid work permit for Portugal.
