Location: Portugal

Role Overview: We are hiring Ukrainian-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a multinational enterprise located in Portugal.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve client queries across various channels, including live chat, email, and telephone.
  • Deliver polite, transparent, and highly professional assistance to all users.
  • Supply precise answers focused on effectively resolving the customer's needs.
  • Accurately log and maintain records of all client communications within our internal database.
  • Consistently uphold the company's service benchmarks and quality expectations.
  • Work cross-functionally with global team members as situations require.
  • Previous background in customer support is entirely optional.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Possess native or fluent (C1-C2) proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
  • Demonstrate an intermediate or advanced grasp of English (minimum B1 level).
  • Are fully prepared to relocate to and work from Portugal.
  • Have a dependable, driven personality with a strong willingness to acquire new skills.
  • Feel comfortable and thrive in a highly diverse, international workplace.
  • Hold EU citizenship, a legal Portuguese work permit, or active temporary protection status in Portugal.
