Overview of the Opportunity:

As our global organization continues to mature, we are looking to onboard professional Dutch speakers for the Customer Service Representative vacancy at our facility in Portugal. This position acts as a primary touchpoint for our international clientele, handling service requests with enterprise-level professionalism. No prior industry background is mandatory; we offer a fully compensated, thorough instructional program to ensure you are fully prepared for success.

Your Tasks:

  • Process and resolve incoming user requests across omnichannel platforms, including phone lines, emails, and live text chats.
  • Represent corporate values by ensuring an exceptional, respectful, and highly competent standard of communication.
  • Evaluate client issues critically to deliver accurate, streamlined, and actionable resolutions.
  • Systematically register and maintain case histories within our corporate database management system.
  • Achieve alignment with internal operational benchmarks, performance milestones, and team KPIs.
  • Liaise with cross-functional international teams when necessary to solve escalated client matters.

Requirements:

  • Native or bilingual command (C1-C2 level) of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
  • An intermediate operating standard of English (B1 level or higher) for digital tools and organizational training.
  • A firm intention to relocate, settle, and advance a professional career path in Portugal.
  • A responsible, self-guided individual with an innate capacity to quickly adopt new software and corporate workflows.
  • Ease of operating inside a fast-paced, highly diverse, and multicultural workspace.
  • Prerequisite: Must possess valid EU nationality or a current, legal work authorization for Portugal.
