Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Officer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource management, including:

  1. Recruitment & Selection:
    • Assisting in job postings and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.

    • Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

    • Coordinating with hiring managers to fulfil recruitment needs.

  2. Onboarding & Orientation:
    • Supporting onboarding activities for new hires.

    • Assisting in employee documentation and maintaining personnel files.

  3. Employee Engagement:
    • Helping organize employee engagement activities and events.

    • Collecting feedback to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.

  4. HR Operations:
    • Managing and updating HR databases and tools.

    • Assisting in attendance and leave management.

Qualification:

  • A fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Display a passion for learning and applying HR best practices in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration within the HR team and across the  organization.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, reflecting a commitment to trust and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn HR software and tools for tasks such as applicant tracking, recruitment software, and performance management.
