Junior System Administrator

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator, who will be a part of our Platform team to oversee the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of staging and production systems. The role will involve active learning and participation to automate and streamline deployment processes, as well as ensure the health and integrity of our systems.

TECHNOLOGY STACK

• CI/CD tools; Ansible, Jenkins Git, etc.
• LAMP Stack administration, MySQL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
• Basic technical knowledge of infrastructure components such as Networks, Routing, Firewall, Storage, Linux Servers.
• Tomcat, Java EE application deployment.
• Apache2 and Nginx Server Deployment and Administration.
• Docker containerization, docker-compose, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes
• Problem-solving, debugging, and good analytical skills.
• Communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.

EDUCATION/TRAINING

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• Candidates with some experience in the above mentioned technical stack with retained knowledge and skills will be preferred.
