Product Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager with 3+ years of experience in developing Telecom VAS (e.g., SMS, USSD, IVR) and Digital Products (e.g., mobile apps, IoT solutions).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of taking products from conception to deployment, with expertise in wireframing, project management, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus Areas:

Product Development:

• Development of Telecom VAS and Digital Products.
• Product requirements, features, and user stories.
• Wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Research and Analysis:

• Market research for customer needs & opportunities.
• Analyze data - Tableau or Power BI.

Project Management:

• Manage timelines & resources for product development.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks.

Telecom Industry Expertise:

• Products that align with telecom operator requirements.
• Updated on emerging trends like 5G, IoT, and AI-driven services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in product development and management, with a focus on Telecom VAS and Digital Products.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of telecom technologies (e.g., SMS, USSD, IVR, 5G, APIs, cloud solutions).
• Data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and customer insights platforms.
