Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Business Development Executive to support the growth of Noetic’s digital services. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates with an interest in digital platforms, data, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Product Research (30%)

  • Conduct research on digital service trends, user behavior, and competitor offerings.

  • Assist in building business cases by compiling data from internal and external sources.

Stakeholder Support (20%)

  • Maintain contact databases for telco and content partners.

  • Prepare meeting notes, reports, and follow-up action items for internal teams and stakeholders.

Data & Reporting (25%)

  • Work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity) to gather usage data.

  • Create basic reports, charts, and dashboards for internal review.

  • Identify user trends and patterns to support decision-making.

Campaign Assistance (15%)

  • Assist in launching and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.

  • Track performance metrics like CPA, conversions, and ROI under guidance.

  • Ensure paid campaigns are accurately targeting and excluding free users.

Documentation & Coordination (10%)

  • Support documentation of business requirements, meeting agendas, and project notes.

  • Help coordinate tasks across teams (tech, product, design). 

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a corporate or internship role.

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Strong Excel and presentation skills.

  • Interest in digital platforms, mobile content, and user growth strategies.
