Role Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager(Digital Products) to drive growth across our digital telecom portfolio by identifying new opportunities, designing scalable business cases, and leading strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (30%)
- Identify, evaluate, and execute business opportunities across telecom DCB services and digital portals.
- Lead development of business cases for new services with partners.
- Drive revenue growth through partnerships, product enhancements, and data-led strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement (20%)
Manage and grow partnerships with telcos and content providers.
Represent Noetic in business meetings, negotiations, and strategy discussions.
Ensure cross-functional alignment across tech, product, and marketing teams.
Solution Design & Business Cases (20%)
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Lead feasibility, impact, and ROI analysis for new offerings and campaigns.
- Own end-to-end project initiation documents for in-house products (e.g., GameNow, Quiz, Audiobook).
Analytics & Insights (20%)
- Use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and internal data tools to identify product and market trends.
- Drive insights-driven decision-making and track key business KPIs.
- Benchmark competitor offerings for positioning and pricing strategy.
Customer Acquisition & Monetization (10%)
- Supervise execution of digital acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Monitor CPA and revenue conversion working to improve acquisition efficiency and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or Marketing from a recognized institution.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, product strategy, or digital partnerships preferably in the telecom, VAS, or digital media sector.
- Proven experience in building business cases, leading initiatives with external partners, and translating insights into commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects working with product, tech, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data platforms (Google Analytics, Clarity, Excel/Sheets, Power BI or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of Telecom business models, digital monetization strategies, and revenue tracking metrics (ARPU, CPA, ROI).
- Effective communication and presentation skills able to lead stakeholder conversations, pitch ideas, and defend recommendations.
- Ability to operate with strategic autonomy, own deliverables, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
