About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products within the telecom, digital entertainment, gaming, and mobile value-added services (VAS) ecosystem. This role combines product management, commercial operations, and business coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to launch, including enhancements and performance tracking.
-Translate product ideas into clear technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product timelines.
- Coordinate with external partners and internal tech teams to ensure seamless product delivery and innovation.
- Plan and execute acquisition strategies through channels like Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Conduct competitive research, analyze market trends, and support strategic decision-making through reports and insights.
- Prepare reports on product KPIs, marketing spends, and revenue performance.
- Manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, timely execution, and cross-team collaboration.
- Develop and monitor SOPs to ensure standardized processes across departments.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (technical, business, and marketing) to remove bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Oversee and track internal project progress, timelines, and resource allocation using project management tools.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Relevant experience with a Telecom Operator or VAS Provider/ Company is a key requirement.- 2+ years of experience in product management, telecom commercial operations, or a combined role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and Canva.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
