Director of Cloud & DevOps (Telecom)

We are working with a Telecom company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Director of Cloud and DevOps to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive at $180K-$210K SGD / year

Join a dynamic team driving digital transformation in telecom networks through cloud technologies and DevOps practices. You will develop and lead the Telco Cloud strategy, focusing on cloud adoption, migration, and governance for both public and on-premise infrastructure. You'll collaborate with CTOs, CIOs, and engineering units to onboard systems onto the Telco Cloud, managing a cloud-centric, agile, and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Telco Cloud adoption strategy and Centre of Excellence.
• Drive innovation, manage Telco Cloud product engineering teams, and foster a DevOps culture.
• Oversee product management for enterprise services, ensuring operational excellence through test automation and team collaboration.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in software development, system integration, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in API management, engineering management, and DevOps practices.
• Strong background in telecommunications systems is a plus.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams in achieving technical and operational goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in an Enterprise Architect role.
