QA Lead

QA Automation Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the QA automation team to ensure top-notch software products are developed from start to finish.
2. Develop and implement automation strategies and protocols.
   
3. Evaluate, select, and customize automation tools and frameworks.
   
4. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand product requirements and create testing plans.
   
5. Ensure all tests are completed and provide frequent quality status updates to team leaders.
   
6. Identify and document issues, then oversee their resolution.
   
7. Provide technical guidance and train team members and peers on development and operational procedures.
   
8. Have experience or expertise in scripting and using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter.

Requirements:

1. Have a proven track record as a QA automation leader for over 2 years.
2. Possess proficient skills in using automation tools and frameworks.
3. Hold an extensive understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and procedures.
4. Demonstrate familiarity with crafting precise and thorough test plans and cases.
5. Exhibit strong leadership abilities alongside effective communication skills.
6. Possess a degree in related fields or relevant prior experience.
