Lead Fullstack Developer

We are working with a software company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Lead Fullstack Developer to join their Singapore team.

Seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Tech Lead with expertise in Python, React, microservices, and middleware systems. This role involves leading a development team, collaborating with product teams, and architecting scalable, secure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications (APIs, frontends, middleware).
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability in a cloud environment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Kubernetes.
• Work with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, and network graph analytics.
• Administer Jira for sprint planning and tracking.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python, React, Docker, Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Apache CouchDB.
• Experience with cloud deployments and Agile (Scrum, bi-weekly sprints).
• Knowledge of secure coding, performance optimization, and application monitoring.
• Preferred: Exposure to AI, LLMs, supervised learning, and database management.
