Engineering Manager / Lead Software Engineer

We are working with a crypto company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for an Engineering Manager / Lead Software Engineer to join their Singapore team.

Join a fast-moving team building a high-performance exchange trading system. Work on core financial architecture, system optimization, and scalability improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop large-scale exchange core systems.
• Contribute to architecture design, coding, and code reviews.
• Optimize system performance, stability, and security.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Java development (hands-on coding required).
• Experience with SpringMVC, Spring Boot, MyBatis, Maven, Git.
• Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Zookeeper.
• Strong problem-solving and engineering skills.
