Technical Manager

We are working with a tech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Technical Manager to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive at SGD 96k / 120k year (excluding bonus).

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end APP development projects, covering planning, resource allocation, and risk control.
• Lead both local and remote teams; oversee cross-timezone collaboration using tools like Jira, Slack, and Zoom.
• Provide technical leadership, including architecture design and code reviews; hands-on support for core modules when needed.
• Drive AI feature development using technologies like machine learning, NLP, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Ensure quality assurance, continuous process optimization, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with 3+ years in APP development.
• Strong in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; proficient in tools like Jira and Trello.

• Full-stack development background is a plus.

• Familiar with LLM application development and AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• PMP/PRINCE2 and AI certifications preferred.

• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
