Senior ML Engineer

We are working with a tech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for Senior ML Engineer to join their team.

Seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of experience deploying scalable AI solutions. This leadership role involves developing AI models for a state-of-the-art system that converts designs into code seamlessly. The candidate should have a strong background in AI, web development, and proven experience scaling AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable AI solutions and foundational models.
• Develop algorithms for UI pattern detection and semantic interpretation.
• Oversee data annotation, cleaning, and validation pipelines for quality datasets.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in foundational AI models, computer vision, and familiarity with prompt engineering and LLMs.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript or TypeScript, and experience with front-end frameworks (React/Angular).
• Knowledge of web development principles and design tools like Figma.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
