Senior Solution Architect

We are working with a tech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Senior Solution Architect to join their Singapore team.

A critical role for a Senior Solution Architect with a strong background in Air Traffic Management (ATM) to define and drive architecture for real-time, mission-critical systems. Youll be working on key ATM solutions like TopSKY-ATC(HE), shaping future airspace management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex, software-intensive ATM systems
• Architect systems in compliance with ICAO, Eurocontrol, security, performance, and safety standards

• Define system breakdowns, interfaces, functional flows, and TPMs

• Validate solutions through modelling and PoCs; document using tools like PBS and SoS Design Docs
• Work closely with Project Design Authority (PDA), Engineering Delivery Manager (EDM), and multi-disciplinary teams

• Mentor junior architects and contribute to architecture best practices

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field

• 5+ years in architecture roles focused on ATM systems and standards

• Proven experience designing secure, infrastructure and network architectures

• Tools: Capella, Enterprise Architect, DOORS, Jira

• Comfortable working in multicultural and international project settings

• Strong stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills

• Eligible for Singapore Security Clearance (CAT2)

Good to Have:

• SAFe framework familiarity

• French literacy
