We are working with a leading FinTech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Country Manager to join their Singapore team.

Seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to drive growth, P&L, and in-market operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with regional leadership to deliver customer acquisition, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage local P&L and growth targets

  • Develop quarterly/annual plans and budgets in collaboration with Group GM
  • Lead a cross-functional team (Account Management, Sales, BD, Marketing, Ops, Content)
  • Drive business development (merchants, suppliers, partnerships, co-marketing)
  • Oversee daily operations and improve operational effectiveness
  • Execute local strategies across commercial, marketing, content and product teams
  • Secure favorable pricing, exclusive campaigns, and expand merchant/supplier network
  • Enhance customer experience, conversion rates, and campaign outcomes

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Prior HOD/leadership roles in Account Management, Sales, BD, Operations, or Growth
  • P&L ownership experience
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail tech, software, or financial services preferred
  • Familiarity with retail financial products (banking, insurance) and their commercial cycles
  • Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Country management experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English + relevant local language)
  • Digital-savvy with core finance and HR knowledge
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
