About the job Fraud Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze fraudulent activities on the platform using a data-driven approach (e.g., campaign abuse, scams).
  • Work closely with the Fraud Manager to detect emerging fraud patterns and develop effective prevention strategies.
  • Monitor fraud trends across various platforms and social networks to stay ahead of potential threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer/Partner Services, to enhance fraud prevention measures.
  • Communicate with sellers and buyers regarding fraud-related warnings, penalties, and inquiries.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks while improving operational processes across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Have experience in E-Commerce Platform is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • SQL skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
