About the job Fraud Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze fraudulent activities on the platform using a data-driven approach (e.g., campaign abuse, scams).
- Work closely with the Fraud Manager to detect emerging fraud patterns and develop effective prevention strategies.
- Monitor fraud trends across various platforms and social networks to stay ahead of potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer/Partner Services, to enhance fraud prevention measures.
- Communicate with sellers and buyers regarding fraud-related warnings, penalties, and inquiries.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks while improving operational processes across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Have experience in E-Commerce Platform is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- SQL skills are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
