Job Description
1. Import management
- Work closely with the commercial and procurement team after they have selected vendors and product lists to check on proper packaging to deliver as export packaging and domestic transport to end customer
- Analyze the overall estimated total import cost under each incoterm
- Cooperate with freight forwarder service providers, inspectors and suppliers to proceed with the import process.
- Provide Guidance to ensure efficient Inspection, packaging for each product type, loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials to ensure proper loading shipment
- Monitor shipment status to be arrived on time and in full at warehouse according the commercial sales plan
2. Fulfillment warehouse management
- Warehouse selection based cost simulation,proper location, scope of service and committed SLA, align with companys business plan
- Provide and monitor qc inbound checklist for the warehouse to process for both imported and domestic shipment to maintain products quality
- Provide stock daily reports or relevant reports to collaborate with the procurement & commercial team & warehouse outsource for planning replenish & selling plan , warehouse capacity within each platform SLA.
- Monitor daily tasks and SLA of the warehouse such as putaway lead time, order fulfillment lead time,stock aging, fulfillment accuracy and stock accuracy and ensure the and system.
- Provide forecast inbound data in order to reserve enough storage space for storing for growing business
- Manage unforeseeable issues on a daily basis such as late fulfillment, wrong fulfillment and find the root causes and solutions to improve the process.
- Monitor grading returned product, classified faults party, submit claim according evidence from both customer and warehouse.
- Perform monthly fulfillment cost analysis for the management team aiming for cost reduction.
- Corporate with technical team for technology or tools that can help improve the daily operation performance or optimize processes.
- Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as assigned, applying design thinking according to the company's speed to market strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or higher degree in Logistics or Supply chain management related
- At least 3-5 years work experience in Logistics or Supply chain management related, especially importing, warehousing
- Hand-on experience in Supply chain management ,Retail or E-commerce business
- Good leadership skills , interpersonal skills
- Have good problem-solving skills
- High responsibility & ownership
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to standby working on weekend or holidays per requested
