Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Development:
Develop Brand Concept which includes brand identity, mood & tone, brand positioning and product offerings.
Provide strategic insights to guide product roadmap decisions, ensuring market relevance and competitive differentiation.
Conduct consumer research to gather insights on product preferences, pain points, and emerging trends.
Define go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and promotional plans.
Monitor product performance and feedback, recommending adjustments to improve appeal and market fit.
Work closely with category teams to develop product training materials and support tools.
Brand Strategy & Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to establish and enhance brand positioning.
Define and maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, and retail.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies for better ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Product Design with Marketing Background or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in brand marketing, product design, preferably in the furniture, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
Exceptional communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
