Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development:

  • Develop Brand Concept which includes brand identity, mood & tone, brand positioning and product offerings.

  • Provide strategic insights to guide product roadmap decisions, ensuring market relevance and competitive differentiation.

  • Conduct consumer research to gather insights on product preferences, pain points, and emerging trends.

  • Define go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and promotional plans.

  • Monitor product performance and feedback, recommending adjustments to improve appeal and market fit.

  • Work closely with category teams to develop product training materials and support tools.

Brand Strategy & Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to establish and enhance brand positioning.

  • Define and maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, and retail.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content that aligns with brand identity.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies for better ROI.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Product Design with Marketing Background or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in brand marketing, product design, preferably in the furniture, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.

  • Exceptional communication, creativity, and project management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
