Online Merchandise Specialist (Home and Living Category)

Responsibilities:

• Expert in the home and living products business, knowledgeable in trends and customer behavior to forecast demand
• Do the product planning and sourcing home and living products (Furniture, Households, Home Decorative items)
• Working with suppliers and distributors to negotiate prices
• Production Sales Inventory Planning
• Assist retail merchandising manager on new product list-in plan and sell-out sales plan together with marketing, procurement and support on plan execution.
• Review sales data, making proper analyses to improve sales performance
• Catch up industry trends and competitors activities to identify new opportunities or threats and sharing with team
• Coordinate between all parties providing customer service and resolving problems as they arise
• Working with procurement team on stock monitoring
• Responsible for sales performance, control inventory and margin.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Proven experience in retail business merchandiser or key account management in home and living in retail business for at least 3 years
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office
• Strong negotiation and leadership with management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Opportunity seeker and risk management skill
• Have analytical skills
