Partner Performance & Experience Specialist
Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
-Analyze operational partner performance (order fulfillment, partner satisfaction) to identify pain points and improvement areas.
-Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize partner performance and achieve key metrics.
-Ensure partners compliance with platform policies and procedures.
-Improve and maintain Product Detail Page (PDP) quality through regular audits and enforcement of platform standards.
-Monitor project progress and performance, tracking key metrics and identifying potential risks.
-Work closely with commercial, onboarding, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
-5+ years of work experience with e-commerce, project leads, business development or related fields
-Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
-Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to partner success.
-Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is a plus.
-SQL experience is a plus.
