About the job Regional Growth Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Thailand’s strategic province and other cities growth marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, acquisition, conversion and retention.

  • Analyze regional market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, brand communications and O2O marketing.

  • End-to-End working process and Cross-functional collaboration with Home Solutions, marketing and category management and other relevant business operations.

  • Optimize marketing performance through data analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective customer acquisition strategies.

  • Develop partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and market penetration.

  • Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, BBA, or related fields

  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience with e-commerce, project leads, business development or related fields

  • Experience in market expansion, market analysis and business development strategies will be an added advantage.

  • Result-oriented attitude and a record of initiating projects and activities

  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing customer and business needs

  • Flexibility in working across functions based on the effectiveness of campaigns

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Teamwork, positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness
