We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and Payroll Services Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our HR department, managing complex payroll operations while providing comprehensive HR support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees (both full-time and part-time), ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee payroll records, process adjustments, and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR services, policies, compensation, and benefits
  • Manage benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through offboarding
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely entry into HR systems
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll-related financial reports
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with People partners to address complex HR issues
  • Contribute to HR systems implementation and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and payroll administration
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS platforms
  • Thorough understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience with benefits administration and employee relations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail with high level of accuracy
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HR/payroll software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements
