Business Development Consultant (Remote | Independent Contractor)

In this role, you will represent established online education and leadership programs within a structured global framework. You will operate independently while using provided systems, tools, and training to support consistent and professional engagement with prospective clients.

Primary activities include:

• Professional outreach and relationship development
• Consultative conversations with prospective clients
• Digital marketing and online engagement
• Managing inquiries and follow-up using CRM tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales, consulting, training, HR, operations, or other client-facing roles
• Currently in career transition or exploring an alternative professional structure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently within defined systems
• Able to manage time, priorities, and follow-through

This opportunity offers a flexible schedule and may be structured to align with either full-time or part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and alignment sessions
• Attend weekly team calls via Zoom or phone
• Implement outreach and engagement strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
• Manage leads and follow-up using provided systems
• Conduct structured discovery conversations
• Support onboarding and client follow-through
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual client activity.
This role does not include a base salary or employee benefits.
