Your Key Responsibilities:
- Expand Our Reach: Develop and expand our customer portfolio within the Korean market, driving growth and establishing lasting relationships.
- Lead the Charge: Identify and nurture potential leads through various channels, seamlessly transitioning them from prospects to loyal customers.
- Influence and Persuade: Identify key decision-makers, consultants, and users in the sales process, and effectively assess and leverage their influence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Sales on strategic planning for project acquisition, including resource allocation, cost management, scheduling, and functional planning.
- Project Leadership: Conduct project monitoring, assess project viability, and make informed project decisions in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
- Master the Market: Quickly grasp both sales and technical product/project environments, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Over 10 years of successful experience in new sales development activities.
- Bilingual Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge and selling experience in intralogistics-related processes.
- Sector Savvy: Experience selling to industries such as airports, warehouses, retail, and e-commerce.
