Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Utilize diverse channels, including prospecting, webinars, trade shows, offline events, and promotions, to generate and qualify leads in the B2B cross-border payments segment.
  • Drive opportunities for both the core company product and new product launches.

Business Development Strategy:

  • Formulate and execute a strategic business development plan aimed at expanding the customer base.
  • Surpass targeted sales goals through effective pitch delivery and successful customer acquisition.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Sustain an active sales pipeline, skillfully managing prospects from initial lead generation through to the closure of deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, compliance, legal, sales ops, etc., tailoring solutions to client needs for goal attainment.

Client Growth and Collaboration:

  • Make a meaningful impact by fostering a network of collaboration, contributing to both client and organizational growth.

Qualifications:

  • English and Korean fluency
  • Accumulate 3+ years of professional B2B corporate sales experience within the payments
  • Have proven experience acquiring Korean Merchants 
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, an unwavering customer focus, and effective communication with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Have a history in exceeding sales quotas 
  • Possessing an FX-related certificate is a notable advantage.
