About the Role:
As the Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of talented professionals within the Korean market. Youll oversee sales and business development initiatives, ensuring your team achieves and exceeds their targets while driving growth in the B2B cross-border payments space. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll foster collaboration and deliver outstanding results for both the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of sales and business development professionals.
