About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a global leader in the dental and healthcare industry, we are seeking an experienced APAC Team Leader (or Group Director) to oversee and drive sales strategies across key regions such as Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the APAC sales team, focusing on current accounts while identifying new business opportunities in key markets.
- Develop long-term relationships with key partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Create and execute innovative sales strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.
- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring the team performs efficiently and meets sales goals.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to the leadership team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 10 years of sales experience within the APAC region, ideally with global organizations.
- Strong account management experience, particularly in regional hubs such as Singapore, Hong Kong, or Tokyo.
- Professional fluency in English and Korean is essential.
- Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge or experience in the dental or healthcare sectors.
- Leadership experience in growing and scaling sales organizations.
- Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
