About the Position

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. Your primary focus will be on creating captivating and on-brand designs for packaging, promotional materials, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, with advanced skills in packaging design, 3D visualization, and a flair for creating visually stunning assets that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Illustration and Graphic Design

Conceptualize and create original illustrations and graphic designs for marketing materials, including social media campaigns, print collateral, and promotional assets.

Develop visually appealing layouts that align with brand messaging and storytelling.

3D Visualization

Utilize 3D rendering software to create visually impactful and realistic product renderings for marketing and promotional purposes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 3D elements into marketing campaigns and materials.

Editing

Edit and enhance product images, ensuring consistency and visual appeal across all marketing platforms.

Implement creative and engaging edits for videos and animated content to support marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing Assets

Design and create eye-catching digital assets for online platforms, including website graphics, social media content, and email campaigns.

Stay updated on digital design trends to incorporate innovative elements into our marketing visuals.

Collaboration

Work collaboratively with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate the brand's visual presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on marketing materials, including illustration, 3D visualization, and editing.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering tools, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and design principles.
  • Ability to work and lead agile cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills; fluent in English and Filipino
  • Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus.
