Define the company's business strategy and direct business plan implementation by leading all members in the company to ensure the achievement of the company’s objective and vision

Гүйцэтгэх үүрэг:

• Oversee the operations and publications of MIRA, including but not limited to regular report publications, ad hoc coverage, podcast and video content materials;
• Supervision of data terminal development and operations;
• Support the team members with guidance on MIRA material development and materials used in client’s requested research fields;
• Identify and secure new business and client opportunities;
• Input on MIRA’s growth strategy and sustainability approach;
• Oversee the collection of primary data and background information in preparation of comprehensive research and analysis on domestic and international markets;
• Oversee the development of various types of reporting, projections, data aggregations and valuations;
• Perform, with support from the MIRA team, due diligence, research, analysis and documentation;

Тавигдах шаардлага болон нэмэлт шалгуур:

• Bachelor's degree (or more) in business and economics related fields or journalism and literature;
• Minimum of 3 years of senior-level positions;
• Prior professional experience in an analytically rigorous environment or analytical journalism;
• Demonstrated expertise in writing;
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple deadlines and portfolios;
• Ability to manage a small to medium sized team;
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team setting;
• High data literacy; ability to extract necessary data and analyse independently;
• Sound and resourceful research skills, written and oral communication skills;
• Excellent work ethic, strong presentation and reporting skills;
• Organized, analytical, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
• High computer literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office and data and research platforms
• Strong written and oral command of Mongolian and English
