Technical Trainer (Signing Bonus 3 сая)

We are hiring a Technical Trainer at our Human Resource Department in Ulaanbaatar.

Under the direction of the Head of Human Resource Department the Technical Trainer supports business activities through specialized technical knowledge and equipment applications training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains in depth technical knowledge on company equipment.
• To deliver technical trainings to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with the annual training plan.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
• Prepare training material and classroom agenda.
• Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
• Analyze and report technical training programs and plans.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant technical field
• Advanced knowledge on the heavy equipment system, components, and maintenance service
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses
• High level of facilitation and approaching modern training methods
• Working excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Good speaking and writing skills in English
