Most flatbed jobs ask for your skills and give you a slip seat truck and two weeks on the road. This one gives you a truck nobody else touches, home every weekend, and $1,400 to $1,600 average weekly gross.

Your Truck

• Assigned to you only: Cascadia or T680 automatic, 3 years old or newer
• Take it home: park it at your place on your days off
• Comfort: bunk heaters, idling allowed, inverters on 2023 and newer

Your Weekends

• Home every weekend with a full 34 hour reset
• Most drivers stay regional within 5 states
• Non-forced dispatch, 24/7 support

Your Money

• $1,400 to $1,600 average weekly gross with weekends at home
• Want to stay out? Earn up to $2,000 a week
• Paid 27% of the load
• $300 a week non-taxed per diem
• $40 tarp pay, $16/hour detention, $100/day breakdown, $50/day layover
• Every Friday by direct deposit, pay never held back
• $5,000 sign-on bonus: $1,500 after your first load, $1,500 at 6 months, $2,000 at 1 year

Your Freight

• Pipe, flat steel, coil and building materials
• 40% to 50% of loads tarped
• 2,000 to 2,500 miles a week

What You Need

• 22 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• 1 year OTR in the last 5 years, 6 months or more of it on flatbed
• Hands-on pipe and steel experience with straps, tarps, chains and binders
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• Pass a urine drug screen
