Equipment & Operations:
- Assigned unit from day one — Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680

- Freight mix leans heavily toward drop & hook with select live stop appointments
Schedule Structure:
- Territory confined to regional lanes — no cross-country dispatching
- Weekly mileage target of 2,000 to 2,400 is consistently achievable
- 34-hour home reset built into every weekly cycle
- Drivers with earning goals can opt into extended road time voluntarily

Training Pathway:
- Position is accessible to CDL-A holders regardless of experience level
- Structured 3 to 5 week mentorship program pairs you with a senior road driver

Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Class A Commercial Driver License
- Tractor-trailer operating history of 6 months minimum, or CDL-A graduate status

- No impaired driving convictions within the preceding 3 years
- Criminal history clear of felony charges within the last 5 years
